1. SCOPE OF SERVICES & DELIVERABLES

EBerryStudio strictly provides high-precision digital engineering. Deliverables are limited to STL files and associated digital renders. No physical product is shipped unless explicitly stated for prototyping purposes.

2. THE "FUNCTIONAL GUARANTEE"

Every digital design undergoes mandatory in-house physical 3D printing and stress testing to verify joint tolerances, internal architecture, and structural integrity before final delivery.

3. FINANCIAL PROTOCOL

• 50/50 Payment Structure: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initialize the project brief; the remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of technical validation.
• Digital Vault: Final STL files remain secured within the "Digital Vault" and are unlocked only upon receipt of the final balance.

4. REVISIONS & RE-CUTTING FEES

• Validation Tokens: Quotes include two (2) aesthetic Validation Tokens for minor tweaks to existing geometry.
• Feature Freezing: Approved features (faces, poses) are "Frozen" to prevent accidental mechanical interference during the engineering phase.
• 15% Re-Cutting Fee: Major revisions requested after the "Cutting Phase" (articulation engineering) triggers a mandatory 15% surcharge.

5. LIABILITY LIMITATION

While designs are physically validated in-house, EBerryStudio is not responsible for engineering errors occurring during external factory mass production (e.g., injection molding shrinkage).
